For Safari one thing I have noted.

Safari Version 12.1.2.

If you refresh the browser continuously many times. I mean (CMD + R) and don't let go of the fingers. Browser requests for the file from 200 response code. It only happens when the refresh is done crazily.

Chome (Version 91.0.4443.0) was ok.

Although, I don't think that it is a big deal. Just sharing one of my tests.
